Dr. Zeeshan Husain
Zeeshan holds a PhD in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India.
His work focuses on the broad themes of democracy, pluralism, and minority rights, with a geographical concentration on eastern Uttar Pradesh. In addition to his academic pursuits, he occasionally writes film reviews and opinion pieces.
Currently, Dr. Husain is engaged in research on B.R. Ambedkar’s vision of social justice. At the Sabar Institute, he is conducting a study on Waqf properties in West Bengal. In his free time, he enjoys listening to Sufi music.
