Prof. (Dr.) Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan

Dr Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan is a Professor of Law at WBNUJS with over two decades of expertise in criminal justice, human rights, and anti-trafficking law, and holds advanced degrees from the University of Essex and City University of Hong Kong.

Dr Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan, Professor of Law at WBNUJS, has over two decades of experience in legal academia, with expertise in criminal justice, human rights, and anti-trafficking law. He has taught at MNLU and served as Director at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. His publications include The Transnational Sex Trafficking: An Integrated Reparation Model and several edited volumes on law and policy. A British Chevening and Michigan Grotius Fellow, he holds an LL.M from the University of Essex and a PhD from City University of Hong Kong. He has trained police, prosecutors, and judges across India and was recently named a Fellow of the Indian Society of Criminology.
